Our Process
After we agree to terms and services, our team begins working immediately. An introductory meeting will be scheduled with one of our reciters to figure out your specific wants and needs in a candidate. Once we recognize your needs and find the ideal candidate, they will be submitted to a hiring authority and we will help guide both the client and candidate through the interview process. This ensures a quick and smooth transition into their new position.
